Delivery to your door within the Ottawa area. (Some remote postal codes may be excluded.)

We use the best available option to courier everywhere in Canada. Shipping to the USA is not available at this time.
Timing: Typically you can expect your order to ship within a day or two. We will inform you by email when it ships and include your tracking information.
Out of Stock: In the event that an item becomes temporarily unavailable, you will receive an email informing you and we will give you an idea of when we expect to have it. If you do not wish to wait you can reply and we will refund you.
Cost: Local delivery in the Ottawa area is available for $10 or $15. depending on the postal code.
We offer flat-rate shipping to Ontario & Quebec for $16, flat-rate shipping to the rest of Canada for $20, subject to change. Should the cost of shipping your order greatly exceed what you have paid, we will contact you.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. We’ll do our best to ensure that you are happy. If we have made an error in your purchase, we will reimburse the return shipping cost.
If you decide to return your online purchase for reasons other than our error, it must be in perfect condition including any original packaging. You will receive a refund of the original purchase cost, excluding shipping fees. We are unable to reimburse the return shipping cost.
Items purchased in person in the shop may be returned for exchange or store credit only, with receipt and original packaging and tags within 30 days of purchase.
NOTE: Sale and clearance merchandise is always a final sale, both in store and online.
